The CA&S Group is a collective of well-established FMCG service businesses operating across Southern Africa that offer route-to-market solutions to the top 200 International and local blue chip brand owners of consumer packed goods.

CA&S partners with clients to take brands across geographical borders, then assists moving them through the supply chain and into stores, onto shelves and into baskets and trollies, ensuring they are available, visible and promoted to shoppers across the Southern African region. We work closely with our clients to solve trade obstacles, to build category and brand presence on shelf and to protect and grow their respective market shares. Our group’s solutions include warehousing, various models of distribution, sales, in-store execution, shopper marketing and training as well as selected debtor services, category consultation and key account assistance.

CA&S Group operates in eight Southern African countries (Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Kenya, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe) with specialist services including warehousing, in-store execution, transport and logistics, sales, merchandising, technology, and data services, shopper marketing, brand strategy development, point-of-sale, retail training, as well as select debtor services.

Purpose-built and adaptable end-to-end cloud-based FMCG value chain solutions and platforms (technology and data services) are provided in a further 16 countries across the continent.
